CIMCon,
Inc.
specializes in the development of custom data systems for organizations.
We design customized data systems to meet the individual needs that
are not met by 'out of the box' software solutions.
Our
Philosophy
We
believe data solutions should be easy to use by non-technical staff.
Technology should make your work easier, not complicate it with
having to learn software, fix problems, and contain a lot of features
that you do not need. By assessing the current information
management needs of an organization and how your data is currently
used and stored, we develop a custom solution that allows you to
move away from using multiple software programs to run your daily
operations. We integrate your information into a solution
that simpifies your operations and eliminates the need for duplicate
information to be entered and updated in various programs such as
contact manager, calendar, financial & accounting, spreedsheet,
and database software packages. And, we offer solutions that
make it easier to get information into and out of our custom data
systems designed specifically for your organization. We evaluate
what it is that you need to do, and offer a solution that only addresses
your needs, without extras that you do not need.
We
do not believe that everyone needs the newest, high tech solutions
and equipment to meet your needs. We do not even believe that
all things need to be computerized -- if something works for you
that is on paper and not in a computer file, we will integrate a
total office solution that includes paper and computerized management
of data. Our philosophy is to create a solution that is the
best meld of logic, ease of use, technology, and affordability.
